Assistant Performance and Development Officer (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a passionate and organised individual to join our team in a unique dual role supporting both performance and development across netball in Northern Ireland. This role offers the chance to make a real impact—supporting athletes, working with clubs and schools, and helping grow the game at every level.
What you’ll be doing:
· Supporting performance squads and athlete pathways
· Working with clubs, schools and communities
· Helping develop coaches, umpires and volunteers
· Assisting with events, programmes and competitions
· Supporting member engagement and experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A passion for sport and development
- Ability to manage a varied workload
